What is a turnkey implementation?

A turnkey implementation service is when you:

  • Approved and received a finished design project and are fully equipped to implement it
  • Sign a contract with us on the organization of repair
  • We select a team and a foreman for your object
  • We fix the estimate for work, materials, terms and stages of payment
  • We sign a contract for a repair contract
  • After the agreed period, you will receive the keys to the finished object

In this format, the client delegates the chores to professionals, leaving only the pleasant part of any process – approval. Our task: to organize repairs, working in conjunction with the foreman, to furnish with furniture, arrange cleaning, decorate the object and take photographs, and then solemnly hand you the keys and drink champagne in honor of the housewarming.
