One-story house for a small family. This project embodies practical and rational thinking.
The task was to build a single storey house on a plot of 16*30 m. The clients directed us to a surface of 130 m2.
There is also a terrace, parking for two cars, a storeroom, a septic tank and a space for landscaping. Actually, it turned out to be around 150m2 and additionally a mini-basement and terraces.
We immediately worked out the planning in detail so that there would be no additional work or modifications at the design stage. In our new realities, it was important to have a furnace, personal heating and communications.
